Intolerance

By D. W. Griffith

Synopsis

The story of a poor young woman separated by prejudice from her husband and baby is interwoven with tales of intolerance from throughout history.

By interweaving four melodramatic stories from different periods of human history, David Wark Griffith creates a large silent fresco in the form of a call for tolerance.
