Bonnie and Clyde

By Arthur Penn

Synopsis

Bored waitress Bonnie Parker falls in love with an ex-con named Clyde Barrow and together they start a violent crime spree through the country, stealing cars and robbing banks.

Raw violence erupts, bullets tear bodies apart and blood splatters across the screen. This poisonously glamorous film, poorly understood in its time, lifts the veil on an increasingly brutal society where ecstasy comes through crime.
