About

He stud­ied act­ing at dra­ma school Cours Flo­rent and won the César Award for Most Promis­ing Actor in 1990 for his role in Éric Rochant’s Love With­out Pity. In 2001, he wrote and direct­ed his first fea­ture film My Wife Is an Actress. Along­side his film­mak­er career, he worked as an actor for cin­e­ma (Lucas Bel­vaux’ Rapt, Steven Spielberg’s Munich…), tele­vi­sion (series Ad vitam…) and the­ater (“Race” by David Mamet, “The Son” by Flo­ri­an Zeller). Les Choses humaines is his sev­enth fea­ture film.
