About

After study­ing lit­er­a­ture and films at la Fémis, she wrote and direct­ed her fea­ture debut For­get Me in 1995. In 1999, she won the Prix Jean Vigo and the Sil­ver Leop­ard at Locarno with Life Doesn’t Scare Me. Her films Feel­ings (2002) and Camille Rewinds (2012) were crit­i­cal and com­mer­cial suc­cess­es. She also pursed an act­ing career, in such films as Arnaud Desplechin’s Kings & Queen (2004), Bertrand Bonello’s House of Tol­er­ance (2011), Mar­tin Provost’s How to Be a Good Wife (2019), and recent­ly Pietro Marcello’s Nobody’s Hero (2022).
