Jamie Dack

She received her MFA from New York University’s Tisch grad­u­ate film pro­gram. She start­ed out as a writer and direc­tor by mak­ing short films, includ­ing Palm Trees and Pow­er Lines, which pre­miered at the 2018 Cannes Film Fes­ti­val as a Ciné­fon­da­tion selec­tion. Her first fea­ture of the same title was adapt­ed from her short three years later.
