In this unusual year, marked by a public health crisis beyond imagination, Deauville aims to show solidarity with the hard-hit medical world in the United States as well as in France by honoring it through a selection of French and American films whose on-screen heroes are health care personnel: surgeons and doctors, but also nurses, midwives and caregivers.
