After a career as a screen­writer — he notably co-wrote Yann Gozlan’s Black Box, for which he was nom­i­nat­ed in 2021 for the César for Best Orig­i­nal Screen­play, and Frédéric Tellier’s Goliath -, Simon Moutaïrou decid­ed to take the step behind the cam­era with No Chains, No Mas­ters, his direc­to­r­i­al fea­ture debut.
