Ellen Kuras

Ellen Kur­ras direct­ed sev­er­al doc­u­men­tary films and TV series episodes before becom­ing a direc­tor of pho­tog­ra­phy. She col­lab­o­rat­ed with renowned direc­tors such as Spike Lee and Jim Jar­musch and was par­tic­u­lar­ly known for her work with Michel Gondry on Eter­nal Sun­shine of the Spot­less Mind (2004). Lee is her first nar­ra­tive fea­ture film as a director.
