His fea­ture debut Transpecos was pre­sent­ed in com­pe­ti­tion at the 2016 SXSW Film Fes­ti­val and the Deauville Amer­i­can Film Fes­ti­val. He then co-wrote and pro­duced Clint Bentley’s Jock­ey, which pre­miered at the 2021 Sun­dance Film Fes­ti­val where main actor Clifton Collins Jr. won the Spe­cial Jury Award for Best Actor. Sing Sing, his sec­ond fea­ture, is inspired by a true sto­ry and star­ring an ensem­ble cast of for­mer­ly incar­cer­at­ed actors.
