Jacquelyn Frohlich

She was born and raised in Bogotá, Colom­bia, into a fam­i­ly that fled Nazi Ger­many. At eigh­teen, she moved to the US to study at Emory Uni­ver­si­ty, lat­er get­ting her MFA in Fic­tion Writ­ing at Sarah Lawrence Col­lege. She has writ­ten nov­els and, most recent­ly, has become ful­ly enrap­tured in film­mak­ing, hav­ing pro­duced, writ­ten, and direct­ed four short films. Way­ward is her fea­ture debut.
