Marian Mathias

She grad­u­at­ed with an MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Her the­sis short film Give Up the Ghost pre­miered at the 2017 Cannes Film Fes­ti­val. Her first fea­ture Run­ner has been select­ed for the Cannes Ciné­fon­da­tion Res­i­dence, the Venice Film Festival’s Pro­duc­tion Bridge Pro­gram and the Tori­no Fea­ture­Lab. She is cur­rent­ly in the devel­op­ment of her sec­ond fea­ture film, Amer­i­can Crea­ture.
